The Government Support Services (GSS) office within Office of Management of Budget (OMB) administers statewide central contracts for use by state agencies, school districts, and municipalities. During Delaware’s response to the Coronavirus Disease, GSS and the Government Information Center (GIC) are providing support to the Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) in sourcing personal protective equipment (PPE). In providing sourcing support, this dataset is based on information submitted by individuals, for-profit entities, and non-profit entities through the I Can Help with Supplies portal and the Contracting resource mailbox.
