The Delaware Open Data Council is made up of ten State Agency representatives started by Executive Order 57 and now expanded by Governor Carney's Executive Order 18. Other representatives of state agencies are welcome to join, even if the agency was not specifically named in the Executive Order. Council meetings are free and open to the public.
